Refund Policy
It is the nature of internet licensing that refunds are impossible. Once a license is generated it is not possible to be "returned". Please utilize the demo versions of the software to ensure the program you purchase is applicable to your needs beforehand. Newfangled Solutions will only refund purchases in special circumstances, and only at the discretion of Newfangled Solutions, and or Rockcliff Machine Inc.
Support
PDF manuals and training videos are available. Technical support is available via the Forum or though our Yahoo users group, allowing the entire community to contribute to, and benefit from, the solutions. Questions about licensing or purchasing issues can be directed to rockcliff@rogers.com
Delivery
When registering, users will receive a personalized, encrypted license file via email which will unlock all versions of the software. This file is typically emailed within 24 hours (usually far less), although it may be a bit longer on weekends and holidays. If you do not receive your license after 24 hours, please check any Bulk/Spam/Junk mail folders that you may have (the license sometimes gets filtered). If you still do not see it, please send an email inquiry to rockcliff@rogers.com
Nothing is shipped with your license purchase. License files are emailed to you and the software is available for download from the Downloads page.
Additional Software
There are several addons available for Mach3. Most are free and can be downloaded from the Plugins page. Two carry an extra charge:
Mach3 Addons for Mill:
Mach3 Addons for Mill is a solution for using Mach3's wizard capability to simplify the creation of G-Code files. This package will minimize the time it takes to go from "start to part". A demonstration version of the Addons is included in the default Mach3 installation. This version allows you to run through the actual wizards, chaining operations and generating tool paths. It will not, however, generate a Gcode file. The Addons require a licensed copy of Mach3 in order to function properly.
LazyCam Pro (BETA):
LazyCam is a beta-release free importer included with Mach3. Its purpose is to import standard dxf, cmx, and other file types to allow those that do not use CAM programs to more easily generate Gcode to be run under Mach3. The free edition of LazyCam that is included with Mach3 carries no cost. However, there is an optional PRO level upgrade that turns on advanced features such as object offsetting, pocketing, primary foam functions, importation of DXF profiles for conversion to Lathe turning code, etc. Due to the availability of other low cost CAM packages, LazyCam is in semi-permanent Beta and no longer being actively developed. LazyCam is not intended for use in a production environment.
