Building your
machine or device using plans from Rockcliff Machine Inc., you must

solely responsible for the machine that you construct using our plans.
This includes the operation, safety, and reliability of the machine. 2.
You agree to be fully responsible for any mistakes, errors, material
loss, personal damage, secondary damages, caused by any circumstances
relating to the use of the machine you construct using these plans. 3.
You accept full liability for the operation and use, of the machine you
construct, by others who may use the machine. The onus is on you
to caution others who may operate the machine, and agree to compensate
Rockcliff Machine Inc. for any losses due to legal action brought
against us by others who have operated your machine. 4. You fully
accept the above statements and will comply, at all times, with standard
operating procedures. 5. our plans to build any machine are to be used
solely for personal or business use and is not to be used for resale in
any form 6. all drawings, pictures, designs, are copy written and
are the intellectual property of rockcliff machine inc. and are not to
be reproduced.

WITH ANY MACHINE AND FABRICATION THERE IS NO MORE IMPORTANT RULE THAN
SAFETY FOLLOW ALL SAFETY RULES FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF THIS MACHINE
AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY RULES WHEN USING THIS MACHINE. ROCKCLIFF
MACHINE INC. WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LIABILITIES
OR INJURIES RELATED TO BUILDING THIS MACHINE, THE USE OF THIS MACHINE,
AND TO ANY PARTS THAT THIS MACHINE CAN PRODUCE. THE CONSTRUCTION AND USE
OF THIS MACHINE CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY , IT'S UP TO YOU
